Navigation: For your shopping convenience we have divided our products into Small, Medium and Large bird categories. In addition, each of those categories are broken down further for those who are looking for a specific type of item. 

Tracking: All orders will receive an e-mailed confirmation notice. Included in the confirmation notice will be a link for you to track your shipped package. 

Orders will be processed within 24 hours.

Shipping: Shipping is available in the United States only.
 
UPS does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday. UPS orders received after 12 noon (central time) on Friday will be picked-up by UPS on Monday. USPS does not pick up on Sundays. USPS orders received after 6am (central time) on Saturday will be picked up on Monday.

Catalog: We do not to carry a printed paper catalog. Printed catalogs are expensive to produce. We do not feel it would be fair to pass on that cost to our customers. This also helps to keep our prices low.

Tax: As per government regulation, we charge 8-1/4% tax on purchases shipped to the state of Texas. We do not charge tax for purchases shipped to any other states.
